Capone, whose real name is Marcus Dennis, hails from South Central Los Angeles and brings his experiences and raw talent to this single. Showcasing G-Funk style, this cassette single offers two tracks, “Survivin'” and “Over You,” along with their respective instrumentals.

The A-side of the cassette features “Survivin'” in both raw and clean versions, highlighting the rapper’s powerful lyrics and storytelling ability.
